Central Europe's largest robo-advisor, growing fast with a navigation users had outgrown
Finax is the largest robo-advisor in Central Europe, regulated by the National Bank of Slovakia. When I joined in 2022, the platform had ~40,000 active clients with data-heavy screens that were not data-clear, and navigation that had grown organically until it no longer matched how users actually moved through the app.
Redesign 6 core areas of a live product, and launch a new life-insurance product without disrupting existing users
As the sole designer on a development-heavy team, I was responsible for redesigning the app header, tab bar, user menu, profile switching, and transaction views, while simultaneously designing and integrating a brand new life-insurance product journey into the existing experience.



Navigation rebuilt around how users move through money decisions, validated with stakeholders before every release
I audited action frequency, discoverability, and hierarchy across all 6 areas, then restructured the tab bar and user menu so the mental model matched actual usage. The life-insurance product was designed using the same patterns and visual hierarchy as the existing app, so existing users could navigate it without relearning. Every decision was validated with stakeholders on a live platform before shipping.
